Who we are

system.insync.com.ua is run by InSync Agency (founder: Anton Tysiachnik). For any data questions, message us on Telegram: @anton_tysiachnik.

What we collect

• Messages you send to the AI assistant on the site, and its replies.
• Your contact details, if you leave them in the chat yourself (Telegram, phone, email).
• Technical request data: your IP address, for spam protection and rate limits.

Google Analytics is switched on only after you agree in the cookie banner; without consent no visit data is stored in cookies. The site uses no advertising cookies and does not sell data.

Why

To answer your question, to contact you if you asked us to, and to improve the AI assistant’s answers.

How long we keep it

AI assistant conversations are kept for up to 12 months. We’ll delete them sooner on request.

Who processes it

The site is hosted on Vercel; analytics is Google Analytics (with consent). The AI assistant runs on our server and uses Anthropic’s Claude model to answer. No data is shared for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data: message us on Telegram and we’ll reply within 30 days.
